You have to figure the cost of the mini implant and the restoration ie. crown, bridge, denture.

IN ORDER TO REPLACE 1 TOOTH WITH AN IMPLANT PROSTHESIS ALL THREE PARTS ARE USED AND YOU ARE CHARGED SEPERATLY FOR THE COMPONENTS AS WELL AS THERE PLACEMENT. IN MY AREA THE COST AVERAGES APPROX 3500 FOR THE THREE COMPONENTS AND THEIR PLACEMENT. THE MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS ARE ONLY 2 COMPONENTS THE IMPLANT BODY AND IMPLANT ABUTMENT ARE ONE PIECE PLACED TOGETHER AND THE IMPLANT CROWN IS PLACED PERMANENTLY TO THIS AND THE COST IN MY AREA IS ABOUT 1800 PER TOOTH REPLACED.THUS IT IS SUBSTATIALLY LESS EXPENSIVE

I think you need to look at the cost in 3 parts.

The cost of the mini implant - a range of $650 to $1200

The cost of the abutment - the part the crown sits on - some dentists cement the crown right over the mini ( I prefer to do it this way) so no need to charge for an abutment

The cost of the crown - a range of $1000 to $1500.

Where you live will certainly have some impact on the costs.
