You have to figure the cost of the mini implant and the restoration ie. crown, bridge, denture.

THE COST OF THE IMPLANT ITSELF IN MY AREA IS APPROX 2000. THIS IS JUST FOR THE ROOT PORTION OF THE IMPLANT, WHICH GOES BELOW THE GUM. THERE ARE THREE PARTS TO A CONVENTIONAL IMPLANT THE IMPLANT BODY, THE IMPLANT ABUTMENT, AND THE IMPLANT CROWN. IN ORDER TO REPLACE 1 TOOTH WITH AN IMPLANT PROSTHESIS ALL THREE PARTS ARE USED AND YOU ARE CHARGED SEPERATLY FOR THE COMPONENTS AS WELL AS THERE PLACEMENT. IN MY AREA THE COST AVERAGES APPROX 3500 FOR THE THREE COMPONENTS AND THEIR PLACEMENT. THE MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS ARE ONLY 2 COMPONENTS THE IMPLANT BODY AND IMPLANT ABUTMENT ARE ONE PIECE PLACED TOGETHER AND THE IMPLANT CROWN IS PLACED PERMANENTLY TO THIS AND THE COST IN MY AREA IS ABOUT 1800 PER TOOTH REPLACED.THUS IT IS SUBSTATIALLY LESS EXPENSIVE

Re:dentures ,mini implants 3 Years, 8 Months ago
THE MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS COME IN SEVERAL LENGTHS TO ACCOMIDATE THE AMOUNT OF BONE EACH INDIVIDUAL HAS IN THEIR JAW STRUCTUE THE CANDIDATES FOR MINI DENTAL IMPLANTS PLACED IN ORDER TO STABILIZE A DENTURE IS NOT _base_D ON HOW LONG A PERSON HAS A DENTURE, BUT HOW MUCH BONE REMAINES IN THEIR JAWS. ALL IN ALL MOST DENTURE WEARERS ARE GREAT CANDIDATES FOR A MINI DENTAL IMPLANT STABILIZED DENTURE.

The cost of a mini dental implant is generally on the order of one quarter to one third the cost of a standard dental root form implant.
I Guess root implant is a complex for of mini implant...

I think you need to look at the cost in 3 parts.

The cost of the mini implant - a range of $650 to $1200

The cost of the abutment - the part the crown sits on - some dentists cement the crown right over the mini ( I prefer to do it this way) so no need to charge for an abutment

The cost of the crown - a range of $1000 to $1500.

Where you live will certainly have some impact on the costs.

I hope this helps,
